Serving Suggestion:
Sprinkle these flavourless seeds on salads, muesli, oatmeal or cereal. Grind into smoothies or add to muffin or bread batter.
Alternatively make a gel mixing 1 tbsp with 1 cup of water, wait 10 minutes, consume 1 tsp (keep refrigerated up to 3 weeks).
